Individual Practice in depth
What brings people here
People come to Individual Practice from many directions: a decision that needs more clarity, pressure that has been building for longer than they'd like to admit, a relationship asking for something different, a transition they are still finding their footing in, a pattern they keep meeting but haven't fully understood, or simply a sense that there is more available to them than the way they are currently living.
Leadership is often part of this. It rarely defines all of it.
You don't need to arrive with a diagnosis, a title, or a fully formed problem. You need only what is actually happening, right now, in your life, your relationships, your work, or your leadership.
A private session
Come with what is alive now.
A private session is the simplest way to begin. Bring a decision, a pressure, a relationship, a pattern, or a question you haven't been able to answer alone, and use the time to explore it directly with Tyler Talib Fisher.
This is not a discovery call, and it is not therapy. It is real work, from the first session.
One session does not commit you to anything beyond itself.
When the work continues
For some, a single session is enough for what they came with.
For others, individual sessions naturally deepen into an ongoing developmental relationship: a continuing rhythm of practice, reflection, and growth, shaped to what the work actually needs rather than a fixed programme.
There is no set path. The work continues for as long as it remains alive.
How we work
The approach draws on the same developmental foundations as the wider ARIE Method: awareness of what is actually happening, honesty about what you are experiencing, responsibility for your impact, and alignment between what you know, feel, say, and do.
The work may also draw on different developmental lenses and practices, including Human Design, where relevant.
